The group currently employs 1000 permanent staff members, many of whom have spent a lifetime in our industry. Flexibility is maintained by using temporary contracts of employment to supplement our core staff as and when contractual needs dictate.
The current management team are all highly regarded in their respective fields, combining technical knowledge with extensive management experience. The management team has proved its ability to deliver, by consistently producing profits since the management buyout in 1988, except during the recession in 2009, which was promptly reversed in 2010.
