Changes to the Board of Directors
Shareholders are advised that Mrs Gillian Kleinschmidt, Financial Director and Company
Secretary of Racec has resigned from the group with effect from 31st March 2008 for personal
reasons. Sean Wilkins, Group Executive Director responsible for Strategy will assume
responsibility for group secretarial functions and finance until a replacement is appointed.
