Renewal of Cautionary Annoucement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 11 March 2008, the directors of RACEC
are pleased to announce that negotiations are still in progress with Greenbro, a business
that manufactures a range of generators as well as other electrical components, which
if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of RACEC`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement is made in this regard.
