Acquisition by Racec of 100% of Greenbro Close
1 INTRODUCTION
Further to the annoucement released on SENS on 22 may 2008, shareholders are advised
that RACEC, through its subsidairy, RACEC Gauteng (Proprietary) Limited “RACEC Gauteng”,
has acquired an 100%interest in the business of Greenbro (”the acquisition”). RACEC has
acquired the trade and assets of Greenbro as a going concern for a price consideration of
R10 335 953.
