Change of Company Secretary
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Conrad van Rensburg has been appointed as RACEC`s company secretary with
effect from 23 March 2009, replacing Mr Sean Charles Wilkins who resigned as company secretary
with effect from 23 March 2009.
